It all started because as a kid
I used to fall on my face.
I had pretty bad coordination and slow reflexes. Whenever I tripped, I did not to use my hands to catch myself, which led to me falling on my face. My mother decided I needed something that would improve my coordination and instincts, so she sent me to learn drums. Turns out, playing drums is one of the best exercises for coordination. I eventually stopped falling on my face - but I never stopped playing.
